I was told this is a must try spot in Puebla and you must order the bolitas de berlin.
Done and done.
There are a few tables to sit, many people order to go. The service was fine.
I think the bolas de berlin were just ok. They are creamy in the center and dont have much flavor. If I were to go again I would have churros for sure.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Wan Wan L.Austin, Estados Unidos03710218 jul 2022
Very popular spot on a Friday night when I went. It is a small place but they managed to use every bit of little space that they had. We ordered the churros and a cubilete. The churros are soft on the inside and extra crispy on the outside. The churros are a little bit more in the oily side but it was delicious! The cubilete was sorta like a cupcake with a flaky outer crust and a fluffy interior. The cubilete reminds me of a Chinese egg tart but denser. Good eats overall!

This place is not far from the Zocalo, you can just to it and it is right on the corner it is hard to miss since there is plenty of light coming from the place at night. During the day the place is open so you can see the people eating while also you can see the churros getting made..
Tried the hot chocolate and it was good, also the churros.
Did not eat anything else since the couple of times we stopped by it was only for the churros. The service was fast but since they are so busy they not so so patient with people.
One thing I did not like much was the few people panhandling while you are eating, since the place is opened these people come in and beg for money. And the restaurant workers do nothing about it.
Overall is on a good location, the food was good, the service ok.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sergio N.Chicago, Estados Unidos2525029428 ene 2022

This location is called "Puebla La Churreria", it's pretty popular and depending on the time there could be a long line. I think a bag of churros was about $30 pesos, not that bad. I got a fresh bag, I mean it didn't come straight form the fryer but it was still hot when I was eating them. There's also a café aspect to this place, but the majority just get the churros or other snacks to go.

I'll wait for churros next time in CDMX.
These churros were cold, not good! Enjoyed the cafe de olla though.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Neda A.Los Ángeles, Estados Unidos046 ene 2020
Grabbed 8 churros to go before heading back to CDMX. I definitely enjoyed the churros at this storefront more than any other storefront I stopped at. Also relatively cheaper than other popular churrerias.

This unfortunately was a very disappointing experience. The churros were extremely greasy and not flavorful. The hot chocolate tasted watery. The cafe is very dirty and smells of fired oil. Wouldn't recommend this place.
