Antonio Jivanjee

So far, this is the best all around ENT (otorhinolaryngologist) experience in Berlin. I have been twice for two different topics; the first being chronic sinus problems, the second tinnitus. He suggested my sinus trouble could have been made worse by pharmaceutical side-effects, causing dryness and swelling. I looked into the side-effects and sure enough, drying was one of them. I stopped taking those medications and things have gone back to "normal", which isn't great but better. I was visiting the ENT various times per month without any sort of prospects until I got this tip from Dr Jivanjee. The second, he referred me to the tinnitus clinic at Charité where they'll look deeply into the problem.

I also think the wait times have been the shortest yet. He takes time to understand the problem as well. He also likes practicing English, yesterday he said I speak German quite well but we could speak English, then changed to English. For me, it's extra work to translate what other doctors have said,etc. but he enjoyed it... ;-)
