Never thought I would make it to the Bernabeu and see my boys! What an experience to see RM play in action. We also took the tour which I thought was meh but if you can get tickets to see a game it's a must. A madridista or not. The love for football is undescribable. The seats were good in any section. We were able to get seats in section 133 with some old socios but on the tour we had a panoramic view from section 405 and you can still see the whole field. I can't wait to come back one day!

The official RM store is two stories and you can visit without seeing a game or tour. It's open to the public and can get crazy crowded. Lots of swag but quite expensive. You can get custom kits made and if you have a member Madridista card you get 5% off in stores. Plus return VAT so bring your passport and get a receipt and you can scan the receipt at the airport.

If your a Real Madrid fan you got to watch a game at the stadium! We came for the tour and watched the game. We legit flew from Texas to Madrid just to come here. It's still has construction so we didn't get to see everything in the tour which was a bummer but what we did was cool and organized!

It was easy to get pictures and videos and they even have a photo op as part of the tour. You can get guided or self guided we did self guided and I don't think we missed anything because my husband knows so much about the team

The game was cool only thing I wish was that they sold hot chocolate and churros lol all the snacks were not really got just sunflower, candy , and sandwiches

Paid for guided tour tickets. The tour guide took us through the trophy room repeating what was written on the walls of the room in English and Spanish. We could of read this on our own. No special insight was given during our tour experience.

There was NO behind the scenes. No locker room tour. No field experience. The guided tour AND regular admission ARE THE SAME experience. The website does not accurately state this. Also, there were a lot of regular admission people listening in on our tour guide experience which was annoying.

Merch: The jerseys are not worth the price of 175 euros. There is an additional cost for lettering which is understandable, but the quality is that of hot pressed car decals.

The tour experience guided, or not, is an extreme disappointment. They are implementing a cool field shifting technology which would of been more interesting to learn about than each year and trophy the team has obtained.

      DO NOT recommend this tour.

It's hard to give a fair review for Bernabeu Stadium because I visited it in December 2022 during the time they were demolishing it to build a new one. However, my review and the 3 stars I gave, it's based on that experience. We got to the stadium to find out they're demolishing it, but they we're still doing the tour. The players changing rooms and the field were all under construction. The only thing we could see was the room were they kept all the trophies in, which comparing to other stadiums I've been to like the one in Barcelona or Milano, was not that impressive. Their store was also very small and not what I had expected. I hope that this will change when the new stadium is build.

DO NOT BUY THE TOUR. Go visit camp nou in barcelona instead.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had tickets for 2pm tour on 12/31. We arrived at the gate listed on the ticket at 2:03pm (yes, we were 3 min late) and there were no signs of anyone there.

When we finally found our way to the clothing store, the ladies working told us it closed at 2pm?! Our tour was at 2pm AND when we were booking, we saw there were tours until 6pm. Yea, we were 3 min late, but there were no signs of anyone there when we arrived at the gate. We asked if we could refund or reschedule since we paid 15 euro per ticket (60 euro total) and they told us to email them. (We got no reply and help).

I came here to see other people's reviews and it's obvious that the stadium is just scamming tourists hoping to get away with not giving a tour since the stadium is under heavy construction. I saw other peoples reviews saying there's nothing to see so it makes sense that they would try to shut off tour access ASAP so you feel like you missed out when really they are ripping you off to see construction.

There website is NOT transparent at all about the construction. And I saw other people were paying 20 euro per ticket a few months ago, whereas our tickets were 15 euro, and NOW the website is selling them for 12 euros.

It's obvious they know they're grifting folks with nothing to see so they're lowering prices. Yes, we were late, but I'm sure even if we made it in, it would have been a disappointment. They are really unacommodating for tourists who travel from all over the world and are unfamiliar with the city.

TLDR: don't visit now! You should only visit after they finish construction unless you want to see some construction. Otherwise, just live off the pictures online.

The door is closed at 2:03 for the tour entrance

Tickets are €15 online and €18 in person. Reading older reviews, this seems like they've discounted it about €7-€10 from before they were under renovation. You walk through construction tunnels, then a room full of trophies, through another construction tunnel, and through the currently under construction stadium. It smells like fresh cement. The grass was still brown and being sprinkled on my visit. Then they *allow* you to sit for five minutes to watch the construction happening. You exit; they scan your ticket once more, and you're in the gift shop.

I don't know that I would even think €3 would be worth this experience. Maybe once it's complete.

We went and the stadium is under renovations. Even if you do not purchase tickets in advance there could be a chance to buy them at the location across from the stadium. The security person will direct. The self tour was nice and interesting to see and hear. Not the best place for kids. We enjoyed our visit.

This stadium is not of our fan club, but we had a great experience coming here after hours to a private event... we entered the stadium and went down the bleachers until we arrived to a private salon where we were served drinks and food overlooking the whole stadium.... it is grand and impressive... beautiful grass....
      enjoy
