Seating area is very small so it can get crowded easily. Lots of customers for the items at the rear of the store such as freshly baked bread, their delicious powder sugar chocolate crossaints with or without almonds and other pastries. I came here for breakfast 3 times during my trip!

Fantastic place to pick up a bit of everything. The Luxembourg gardens are right nearby so you can stop here and grab everything you need for a lovely little picnic.
There are hot snacks (sandwiches, soups, quiches), pastries (croissants, Pain au chocolat, etc) and sweets (tarts, chocolates, macarons)
We had a little bit of everything and they were all fantastic. The almond and chocolate pastry was a big winner for us, and I really enjoyed the quiche.
Service was quick and the staff was so nice. Took the time to answer our questions and wrapped everything well for the walk to the gardens.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - 203958444127 sept 2023
Macarons are about 2 euro each. You order at the counter and pay at a separate counter. Service was friendly despite my lack of French. I enjoyed the almond macaron the best. There are also plenty of breads to choose from. Sorry no pics- I ate the macaron on my walk!

I was lucky enough to have my hotel right across the street from this place and WOW! I tried about 10 different things here over the span of a week and was utterly impressed with everything. The standouts for me were the quiche (all types were good), jambon campagne (ham and Gruyère sandwich), and pain au chocolat.
You can't go wrong with whatever you order so enjoy! Also the staff was super friendly and accommodating of my terrible French lolHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 23 jul 2021
Cute bakery with cheap baked goods and variety of options!
I got a regular and a chocolate croissant here. They were both a bit dry and tough in texture.
This bakery makes for an easy stop for a quick bite!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 2 ago 2022

Loved all the food and pastries here. My friends and I had to stop by here every single morning. That's how good it was. Wish I was in Paris longer to try more stuff. I was like a kid in Willy Wonka's Factory. I bought everything from croissants to foie gras pate to artichoke/olives.
Ps the customer service is amazing too.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 28 ene 2021
This place is amazing! Their desserts and pastries are reasonably priced and so decadent, yet not overly rich.
I bought one of my favorite French pastries that's difficult to find in the States: une tarte au poire. They have huge pear tarts but also small ones too for smaller groups. The financiers were unique and different, they had savoury items, and the coffee was strong. Because we were in a hotel, we only ordered ready to eat items, but I'd be willing to come back and try tartelettes that need to be reheated or larger cakes that need to be refrigerated. Their macaron cakes looked amazing.
Authentic patisserie shop where everyone can find something they love. I come here at least once or twice per trip, and there are no regrets! Only con is super limited seating (1 table for two inside, 1 or 2 benches outside). It's definitely a to go spot, but I still love it!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Judith R.South Amboy, Estados Unidos0426 jul 2023
Went to this bakery almost everyday while in Paris. The pastries were amazing. I would definitely recommend this bakery.

This.
This is why I love Paris. I have a 17 year relationship with this shop and the quality and service has never wavered. Exceptional. The last time I was in Paris, Yelp was a small, largely unknown web site just getting off the ground. Had I been a member then, my review would be the same.
Pricey, yes. But we tried a couple of other bakeries in the neighborhood and agreed: not even close to the quality. Worth every single Euro.
Our favorites: quiche lorraine, eclairs, the baguettes, and the dessert pastries are small works of edible art. The baguettes are as good as we've found in four extended vacations here, that good. Want to stop to eat here? There is a small bar with 3-4 stools and the coffee is as good as the boulangerie.
HINT: dear fellow American, if you find the staff is rude and that's part of your review, it's likely YOU are the problem. Petty. Witnessed it this morning when an elderly gentleman pitched a fit because he didn't understand the billing system and the way each item is carefully wrapped. Embarrassing. He should have apologized, but of course, didn't.
I shall return again, and again. As long as I'm coming to Paris the rest of my life, if there's a Gérard Mulot I will be there, even if there's an ugly American in front of me.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
