Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Madeleine D.Eden Prairie, Estados Unidos1451048026 oct 2021
Ok - I don't want to hear that this is a touristy place. Don't want to hear it and I won't believe it
The Glue Pot was sooo cozy, had great food, the friendliest service AND the prices were right. A lot of their menu had American home-cooked, feel good food with a French twist.
Would highly recommend going if you have kids along for the ride or more picky eaters. There will surely be something on the menu for them.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Natalie I.NS, Canadá307720 abr 2018
Excellent wine choices and great outdoor patio. Hamburgers are the local favourite - we had one with fries but the bacon wasn't cooked (how they make it) which I didn't enjoy.

Had a lovely lunch at The Glue Pot on Monday. Had a strong craving for a salad. Opted for their blue cheese salad. What I got was a flawlessly fried/crisp tostada shell filled with a nice assortment of greens and several varieties of blue cheese. There was a ridiculous amount of blue cheese in the salad (which I love). The dressing was the perfect accompaniment. My friend had a good (not exceptional) Croque Monsieur.
Typically I would give an establishment like The Glue Pot 3 stars; however, the service here was amazing. Our waitress was both charming and helpful. I would return here solely based on the fact that the service and atmosphere are second to none in Reims.
Prices were reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber on Place Drouet d'Erlon.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Floris V.Opwijk, Bélgica8210298920 may 2018
A fun bar with friendly staff, good music and drinks make for a nice night out. Nicely decorated with a red hue. Only little drawback, the Guinness was not up to standard.

Try the Cantillon from Brussels. The white burgundy was just so-so and I'd wished I'd ordered champagne or a glass of Sancerre.
This place was recommended to us by our guide at La Domaine Tattinger, and it's great. The French bulldog and the music provided great ambience.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - D R.Nueva York, Estados Unidos68784812 ene 2017
*Disclaimer*came in for drinks only. What a lovely place! The bartender is not only attentive in a sincere way, but is also cute as hell!!! See, a place like that is the very reason I adore Europe - full of character, charming, aged properly and proud of all of the above. 4-10€ per a glass of wine is very reasonable compared to New York. So, when you read this and think, ah...I just want to walk in and experience the European feel - this is it. Loved it.

What a fun restaurant! We walked in for an earlier dinner and were sat right away in a booth. From the looks on the outside, it doesn't look like that big of a place- but once you walk in it seems to keep going. This restaurant does not disappoint when it comes to the drink list. Lots of different beers, wines and an assortment of alcohol. Or that menu for that matter. Again, from the looks of this place you'd think it was just bar food and drinks, but it is much much more. American food on the menu, from burgers to pizzas, salads and even jalapeño poppers on the menu. I was there with my mom and it was our first night in the area so I started with a glass of champagne- my mom ordered some tequila on the rocks (yes, she's the fun one). Our server brought our drinks out and a little appetizer.
It was a bit like a tapenade of vegetables...tomatoes, mushrooms, onions. It seemed like a spread for something, but it came with just little spoons. It may be something traditional from the area, we never found out, but it needs a cracker or something to put it on. None the less it was nice!
We decided to share a pizza, still full from a big lunch we had. The pizza was great and definitely something I would order again.
Our server was a nice younger man, 20 or so years old, he spoke some English and was very sweet to my mother and I. He checked in on us making sure we were happy with our meal. Price wise- things were fine. The portions definitely seemed worth the money.
This was a great meal, something casual enough that you can go into, have a good meal, have some drinks and hang out with friends- we'll definitely be in the next time we're in town and we'll also let our friends know about it! If you're looking for a place to watch a game- they do have TV's!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
