Mercure Paris Opéra Faubourg Montmartre Hôtel

Excellent location, very good staff
Our tour guide uses this hotel for his guided tours. This location would not have been our first choice being so far from the Champs de Elysee. However, this hotel provided a nice exposure to another neighborhood of Paris we might not have otherwise found. We found interesting neighborhoods, shops, and restaurants to explore. Yes, the rooms are small and cozy,and, I want to point out that N.Y.C. rooms are not much bigger in our trade show experience over the years.
The breakfast was better than average, and, that sums up our stay at the Mercure Monty Opera.

Great location and very helpful staff, delicious fresh breakfast, 24/7 coffee station, comfortable clean rooms and hot showers. The street is quiet but all the restaurants, cafes, shops and Metro is a short walk. Also very easy walk to the famous attractions. Notice beautiful Passages nearby with cafes and stores! We'll be back there for sure!

This is a great little hotel in central Paris. It's a bit hard to find if you don't know your way around because it's located on a small side street off the larger boulevards, but because of this it manages to be really quiet despite its central location. The Monty is near Gare du Nord and the legendary Galleries Lafayette for all your retail therapy needs, and it's near several metro stations as well.The rooms are not very big but quite adequate for the 3* price and the facilities are quite good. There isn't a pool but the breakfast in the restaurant is very tasty and included in the room price unlike some places. When I was there, some conferences were also going on and apparently it's a very popular place for conferences in Paris due to its high availability and decent prices, so if you're looking for something like that you might want to give them a try.
