Shocking customer service by head office, 35,800 mile civic with full Honda service history never been anywhere else for work, air con compressor seizes causing £4000 worth of damage, Honda uk don't want to know! Yes it's out of the 3 year warranty last year,but with all that loyalty to the brand & not a gesture of good will on a part that should never of failed is a disgrace! Had a clean bill of health from Honda Less than 1800 miles ago when they serviced it. Johnson's Honda Oxford are great but head office should be ashamed, their product on this car is substandard. A quality brand like bmw I know for a fact would of stood up & helped.
