I can't get hold of anyone by phone or email through their website. I placed multiple orders on their website, which appeared to have gone through because money was already taken from my PayPal account. But when I checked my order history on their website, there's no record of it.
After several attempts to contact them, I've heard nothing.
I'm currently trying to get my money back with the help of PayPal.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I want to give a Zero-star rating but this site's minimum is 1-star.

I purchased a QYPE DEAL from IGadgets (Iphone5 Cover) It has been 2 months since my order was placed and I have not yet received the item. I am absolutley appauled at the customer service - I have sent them 3 requests via their website http://ithinkgadgets.co.uk/index.php?route=information/contact and called the mobile number that just rings and rings and goes to a generic voicemail (which I have not had a reply to).
QYPE should not consider running deals with them again as it tarnishes the Qype brand.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

The WORST company I've ever dealt with. They ignore ALL emails and there is no way to get hold of them over the phone. Please don't buy from them (or buy deals from deal websites) - you're setting yourself up for weeks of frustration and anger!
