Old Navy

Normally, I prefer to check out some local boutiques and keep my dollas in Charlotte. But, hot damn, Old Navy's new remodel in this location looks super sweet!

Gone are the days of industrial like racks and uninspired stacks of clothes (well, there are still some of those). Now this location sports a giant women's section with spacious dressing rooms in the middle of the store. And, from what the staff told me, they're still in process of making even more changes.

If you're looking for high quality merchandise that will last more than a season or two, Old Navy is probably not your best pick. However, if you're looking for super affordable threads, really nice staff and some decent accessories ($3 aluminum water bottles, anyone?!)...this Old Navy is pretty fab.

I had a great visit into the store yesterday! The store was clean, well stocked and organized, and the staff was friendly. The store had some great sales. I really need to shop here more. Stylish and affordable for the whole family.

Kinda messy usually. But the worst part is they say the close at 9 online but come 7:50 they start going around the store staring at you and forcing you to leave. Very awkward. Makes you not want to buy anything because it's like a bunch of eyes watching you. I don't go places close to closing time ever. So update your website? It's super easy to do. This store isn't bad depending on what time you come in. It can get pretty messy here and sometimes they will have 2 people at checkout when there are 15 people waiting in line. Their deals are pretty good and I do like their active wear.

Came in here on a whim after shopping at Nordstrom Rack. It's located in a large shopping center which is very convenient.

The store was a little messy when I walked in, not sure if that was due to it being just before closing or what. There were tops strewn about and the clearance section is horribly overwhelming. It literally looks like a bomb went off there.

I looked for a pair of joggers for m husband and the store clerk I asked was very sweet. I chose a few items to try on and headed to the dressing rooms. Fortunately they were open, but woah... they were sooo messy. Empty hangers, clothes balled up on the corner. I quickly tried my clothes on and headed to the check out.

I stood in line for about 15 minutes... there was only one check out person. I thought this was crazy!!! It was just before closing so people wanted to check out and waiting in like for 15 minutes is unacceptable.

I have been here a handful of times, but most recently on a Saturday (twice within a week).

So the first time, I only saw one person on the floor helping costumers and fixing clothes.

This past Saturday, I didn't see anyone. The jeans were a mess. I think they biggest concern for me was when I got to the register and started checking out, I noticed the first item did not ring up to what was either on the tag or what the sale sign said on the rack.
I mentioned it to the cashier and she said something about "I don't know who did the signs but they are all messed up and she said I wasn't the first person to say or notice this. So, my thought process was...then why hasn't it been corrected? If employee noticed sale signs are missed placed and ringing up wrong and it's about mid-day now, why hasn't this been address yet?
She asked me what was on the sign.

The next three items needed to be corrected as they were rung up. It was super bothersome and I don't even think I caught all of the items.

Two cashiers carried on with personal conversations and I didn't see a manager anywhere.

This is your typical Old Navy store. It's in a strip mall, so it is conveniently located to many other stores .... which is the only reason I ever stop in here.

The store is typically messy (clothes on the floor, clothes falling off racks). The clearance area is a disaster zone - sizes are not in the correct sections, numerous items are missing tags, and again there are clothes all over the floor. The dressing room is unattended so you have to search the store to find an employee to unlock one for you.

The only reason to come here is for the deals. I stop in when I'm in the area, but I never make a special trip.

The selection seem to be the same as the store in Concord Mills and the one in the Charlotte Premium Outlet. As well, prices seemed to be the same too. We managed to find the specific item we wanted in the right size. What's not to like?

Even with a long queue at the registers, it was organized and it moved quickly.

I loathe these stores. The clothes are cheaply made. The prices aren't comaprable to the item. This is "name brand" prices for crap clothing. The only reason I set foot in here is because my daughter got gift cards from relatives for Christmas. and for $50 she got a thin pair of jeans, a knit skirt and a thin black shirt. and we went over by 87 cent! OH and the jeans were on CLEARANCE for $15.99!!!!

CRAP styles too, its like a clash between late 70's early 80's. DRAB DRAB DRAB.

Their shoes.................... are you kidding me? Pay less has better! and most of the time its BOGO so in the future i will sell the gift cards for cash!

I have been an old Navy faithful for years but that ends today. I had the nastiest experience with customer service rep and misleading table placement for pricing. I thought i was buying jeans for half off and i was actually buying the only jeans in the entire area that were not included. There was no disclaimer on the table that i could see. My mistake.

So i was in line and the price came up to be twice as much as i expected and when i asked, the lady rolled her eyes and mumbled that they were on sale, $5 off... And this was after i had apparently bothered her by being the next person in line. All in all, I'd be fine if it was just explained, but the eye rolling, condescending, complete lack of any courtesy, complete lack of any customer service training and abysmal service means they can keep my money but they will never get my business again.

This was atrocious enough for me to actually take the time to write them review. I generally stick to positive reviews because i like promoting places. So, congratulations.

I was so stunned that i just paid and left after the rudeness. I didn't want to stall the line any more and cause a scene, but that was truly an awful experience.

Not a real big fan of Old Navy since I guess I grew out of that phase... don't get me wrong they make respectable clothes but there are only so many ringer t-shirts one can wear in a lifetime.

I recommend the clearance rack strategically located in the back of the store sections. I guess it's pretty smart to put the regular priced stuff in front, but sometimes I feel the clearance prices are just about right for what you are getting.

Other than some novelty items and the occasional good sale, I think I'll stick with my other stores for the time being.
