Photo Huber

I needed a picture for my passport, so I went around this area to check out the shop.
Huber wasn't the first one I've been. But the first shop was so unprofessional so I decided that to keep looking. And that got me to this shop. My first impression of this shop already better than the other one. And don't the stuff was super nice. I just walk in and show him the description of standard of the picture I need. He did that the way like that without argument with me. I am glad that this place know there are different standards for different countries. After the photo shooting. He even double check with me.

I worte this review after my application done. The photo worked fine. Nothing wrong with it. Although the price of passport photo was a bit expensive for my standard, I think it is good to get everything correct at one.

Lack of transparency
- Not customer focused
- really bad work (seems they have no idea to take picture or the CEO is way too strength with his staff..)
- the high price doesn't match with the soooo bad work and customer focus
- not able to recognize their bad work (old school)


I needed some Photos for my driving license and decided to go there. (I thought hey they are professional and it is worth to pay more than the double Preis for this kind of service) So I went there the young girl took the picture without taking care of any details. She let me choose between 3 ugly photos without telling me she could retake a shoot if I don't like it** (I get the info when I called them the day after asking them to retake the picture) So I felt forced to choose. I did, paid the 16€ and went to my next appointment. As I arrived home I realized that the picture is blur and has too many shadows. ( from someone who is expected to be a professional, I was disappointed) I sent an email and called them and the answer was: - we show the picture before you should have told that the picture wasn't good enough. Ok I didn't know So now, they are too strengths with their policies.

My question to the store: Do you have that strength with the people working there? Do you know what Customer focus mean?

Do you know that everyone make mistakes if you're not able to rectify your own mistake just blowing your responsibility of a bad work to the customer.

How do you treat your own staff ? So the staff has no customer empathy or are able to repair their own mistake ?

I would not recommend a place like this. At the end of the story the won't do anything to repair their mistake.
The picture is blur and is very bad !! They just keep the money. I'm sure this 16€ doesn't make any change for you but are you willing to degrade your image for 16€? Have a nice day

It is my second time returning to this photo studio since they offer passport photos for different country specifications. Unfortunately it will be the last time. The employee, was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Not only did she argue with me about the requirements (which I had with me freshly printed from the Gov't website) she made no effort to take a nice photo and show pride in a good job or create a happy customer. She also arbitrarily raised the price from 20 to 25€, which is shameless for 4 wallet sized print outs and literally 60 seconds of work. For that price I expect better service and will go out of my way to find it elsewhere next time. What a shame!

Had to get pictures for an emergency passport (US). I was seen immediately. They let me look at the three photos they had taken and pick one that I liked. I had the feeling they would have taken more pictures if I hadn't liked one of them already. Since I needed pictures for the German ID, too, which is a different size, they could use the same photo. 2 US-size photos and 4 German-size photos cost 20€. Friendly and fast.
