Sunil at Redtomatoes is super responsive. You can set up an appt at his office on 16th St. via text which was super convenient - he was even flexible when I changed the time 3x! The office is easy to find with street parking available within a couple blocks. He offers calming music, free chocolate and water - and the fingerprinting was super fast! Highly recommend.

Great service! Super fast and experienced, they helped me understand how to submit an apostile request and have great fingerprint scan technology. I went to UPS before and my fingerprints were rejected. This was so much better. They were so patient and helped make sure the prints were legible!

Friendly professional employees and the livescan fingerprinting for the county was reasonably priced and fast. The location isn't the most convenient in terms of parking but I was able to find a spot close by during my lunch hour.

I recently received a job offer overseas and was required to provide my employer with a copy of my Criminal Background Check. I searched for a location near me that was a verified FBI channeler and came across this place.

I had never gone through this process before, but Sunil was extremely accommodating to my situation. By the time he had finished fingerprinting me, he suggested my information be sent electronically (I intended to mail the physical copy of my fingerprints). After he sent the copy of my fingerprints electronically, he went over the next steps of what I should do and answered any concerns I had.

Before I knew it, something that could've taken several days to wait for ended up finishing within a few hours. I received my Background Check within the span of an afternoon.

Very calm and efficient energy. When I registered for the Live Scan online, I had to watch a video with a lot of confusing instructions. But when I actually arrived, the process was very streamlined--took less than 5 minutes. Bonus points for the Buddha statue and the free candy!

I went for a standard Live Scan finger printing needed for a volunteer position. My original schedule was at 1pm, but the owner called me to say that there would be a system reboot at 11:30am until 2pm and asked if I could come either earlier or later. I came early, we were set and about to begin and he asked me to look over the data. I had made a typo on my birth year. He called the appropriate people and got it resolved quickly. I feared I'd have to come back, but he helped come up with a solution quickly to avoid that. I'd highly recommend this business.

Sunny's the best: responsible, responsive, communicates well, and gets the job done in the promised time. I've used his notary and apostille services twice and will do so again as I am having to deal with selling a property abroad. Apostille is complicated and it's so worth it not to have to go to Sacramento to do it. If you're driving, Rëdtomatoës downtown Oakland location is convenient with plenty of street parking.
