Our best dining experience in Zurich - there were many - despite the long walk from our hotel on a stormy night along Weinbergstrasse, trams sliding by as we braced repeatedly against the wind. Fabulous food that was current and sophisticated, but not pretentious. The service was excellent including a table side visit from the chef, and the space is modern, intimate and casual. A shout out for Lara, our sommelier and primary server, for her excellent guidance.

Very trendy, very "in" some like it, some find it too pretentious and over-priced. It has a Michelin star and 18 Gault Millau points, placing it at the top of Zurich's culinary landscape. We were surprised by the youthful, relaxed service we received.
There is only one menu on offer. Seven (it's actually more like thirteen!) courses cost you CHF 220.-. All courses were very modern, showing incredible precision and perfect preparation of all ingredients.
The desserts were very good. You've got to ask for more desserts, since their menu only has one dessert. If you ask, then the menu suddenly has three desserts. Chef de cuisine Marcus Lindner isn't just a culinary artists, but a lover of good desserts. He bombards you with friandises after the meal, including home-made macarons (filled with a Felchlin Grand Cru ganache, yummy!), marshmallows, chestnut gugelhopf, vanilla caramels and much more.
The real genius of his cuisine is that you're not feeling like an over-stuffed Christmas turkey after eating more than twelve courses. After having your senses pleasurably overwhelmed for four hours or more due to Marcus Lindner overload, the money seems well spent.

Exceptional wine selection and calming ambiance - excellent food. Excellent presentation. Wonderful service. While staff was a bit fluttered on being both gluten free and diary free we know that they CHEF would have no issue preparing something awe-inspiring and delicious. The deserts were HAND MADE VEGAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES with fruit inside to DIE FOR and the best vegan gluten free chocolate gelato/ice cream/ sorbet we've ever had. Absolutely lives up to its Michelin star!!!

More like 4.5 starts but I will round up. This place offered all of the things you'd expect in a michelin starred restaurant, however, it seemed much more comfortable and casual than most others i've been to. The staff was very friendly, the sommelier was knowledgeable and great to chat with about their local wines. the tasting menu was diverse and delivered a palate awaking experience(in a good way). check it out.

I last ate here 2 years ago, but it blew my socks off. I had just received my tax return and was invited to a late birthday dinner there as a reservation had been made far in advance. I knew it was pricy, but it has a Michelin Star, so there had to be something to it. I took the invitation and went for it. Taster menu with wine pairing (in German "Wenn schon, denn schon.") I loved every minute of the experience. The most a attentive and knowledgable staff I've experienced in Switzerland. The courses were served at a steady, but not overwhelming pace. It was a meal to remember.
