I have personally worked with many car services over 30 years and this company will never get my business. Good luck with yours if this is how he is before you do business with him.

We found someone who was really friendly and was hungry for new business. Apparently this company has all the business it needs.

We had a group of 9 girls meet for my 40th birthday. Ali picked us up in the black limo sedan and was very professional. We started in IB and went to Coronado, Little Italy, and downtown. I printed an itinerary which included exact times and addresses of where we would be going. He was prompt with each stop. His driving was very smooth (many of us get motion sick) and he is very good with navigating his vehicle. His Bluetooth music system was easy to use. He was happy to take photos of us at our stops and also didn't complain about our 90s and 2000s girls dance music. The other 8 girls all commented how easy it was to travel via limo with Ali driving us. We are already talking about our next night out with Ali!

Ali is a always amazing. The limo experience was phenomenal and super classy. I highly recommend Ali (Royalty Transportaion) for all types of transportation needs.

The sprinter van and the limos and SUVs are always impeccable.

I had a last minute cancelation for our ride and had a few hours to figure out something. Ali saved my day! He was quick to respond and thankfully had availability for the night. He showed up before scheduled time and we were so excited! He showed us how to hook our phone to the Bluetooth and use the lights inside the back. They had a blast being in control of the music and singing on the top of their lungs! We drove down Harbor Blvd and through downtown, exactly what we wanted. Ali was very nice and professional. We could not have ask for a better experience. Thank you again!

They have horrible customer service. they were late for my pick up. I really dont understand how a business like this if you can call it that keeps going. They should close down and let other companies do the job.

We hired limo service for Valentine's Day last night and couldn't have been happier with Ali. Such a sweet, happy guy who was easy to work with and communicative from start-to-finish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others.

Reached out to Ali regarding a last minute reservation. We were looking specifically for a Mercedes Sprinter Limo. We were quoted a reasonable price and offered a military discount. Received a follow up call that maintenance was being performed on our specific limo and offered a comparable alternative. Ali was extremely personable, professional, and patient.
