Appalling service
Haircut wasn't to my satisfaction so I had to go back. The lady that cut my hair wasn't pleased to see me there again however she asked me to sit and she would have a look. Mean while her manager was asking her why I was back and she was pulling faces, I wasn't impressed as I could see her doing that. She had a look at my haircut and insisted that it was fine and that there was nothing she could do, to me it was obvious that it wasn't even but she blame it on my partition and that perhaps my hair was thicker on that side!. She suggested that I should go back to where I had my haircut before and walked away. The manager was there and did nothing. Terrible customer service to say the least!

I would recommend going to the stratford centre one instead, customer service and staff are wayyyyyyy more nicer and polite. Just take the 97 bus for 20 or so mins to westfield on the bottom floor next to waitrose. Trust me this is worth it as the staff in the Walthamstow mall are just distant and rude.. have had this problem every time I've been, been visiting very very rarely (3/4 a year as i don't want to experience it more than this) and decided to change to another branch and was so pleasantly surprised at the difference in service. Weird how this is the problem in every review i've read but they haven't changed the problem in staff for the past couple of years. Also they should make it clear that they do not serve customers 30 mins before closing time as this doesn't usually happen in other hairdressers.

Disappointing.
There were 3 or 4 ladies working there, only one of them was in fact working, the others were just chatting and drinking coffee (and there was only one kid, so there were free people to serve me but the were too busy doing nothing). Everything was very slow.
During the haircut the chat between the ladies was annoying and noisy and she took ages to give me my normal and simple haircut.
At a certain point, I was asked when it was last time I did wash my hair and I replied yesterday but I was told I had to get a shampoo, I did not want to argue as I was already in a bad mood.
What annoyed me more was the expensive price for a simple and not amazing haircut and a shampoo, it did cost £17 and something!!!
I am not even saying about the unfriendly environment, I felt like I was disturbing somehow.
It is surely the last time I am going there, I'd rather going to the centre and get something much better done for a cheaper price.
My advice is to improve a lot the customer service and make more reasonable prices.
They should also change some of the staff, maybe taking more serious and professional people would help.

Lady cut my hair in 5 minutes-and unfortunately it is not compliment as I wasn't satisfied with the outcome .Careless,'next please' approach.Although relatively cheap,service is not worth the money.
