WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! When we arranged to be collected from Heathrow the driver was an hour and a half late to collect us from Arrivals. There was no apology given for being late and when we asked if there would be any discount offered as a gesture of good will the driver told us that no discount would be given and that was what we had agreed. Poor service and poor company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The last cab driver I had was so argumentative and rude, drove 90 mph when it was snowing and overcharged me regarding the airport parking fee. I called the manager to complain who said he'd deal with it and call me back and never did. Don't ever use them.

This cab company is in the Daily Mail today for allegedly mocking and dumping a blind woman at a random petrol station, a whole two miles from her chosen destination, and attempting to charge her £50 for a £9 journey. The passenger said the driver told her: you should be able to point things out, you should know where you are it is your fault you can't see.
