The Marylebone

My friend took me to this beautiful pub (see the pictures attached) before our dinner in London.
This bar has two stories. I'll say down stairs for more younger clouds. I'm older clouds so I went upstairs for less noise. The bar has absolutely stunning setting. They had the mysterious shooters on the counters which I was not sure I was legal to take or not. Maybe someone who went to this bar will tell me what that was. Anyway this pub I would definitely recommend to make a reservation. It is in a popular destination in London. I had their local lager beer which was icy cold. The bartenders seem super friendly. I sat down upstairs where I felt like I was in someone's house. Very cozy settings in upstairs. Definitely going back again!

The single most unfriendly pub in the British isles. Lousy beer, no atmosphere, and surly service.

Buyer beware at the bar. Bartender diluted a neat whiskey for both drinks by over 50% and the manager did not seem surprised at all.

This is the best hotel in London for pleasure and business. Great rooms, service, food and drinks! And not to mention reasonable rates !

This is by far one of the best cocktail bars I have been to- in London and the states! If you like hand-crafted cocktails that are fun to watch them make and delicious, then this is the place for you! They have amazing liquor selections (white chocolate vodka or mustard vodka anyone?), draft beers and plenty of wines. For the quality of the drinks, the prices are very reasonable. I could've spent all day here drinking! The bartenders are very funny and enjoyable. This place does get quite packed and no food.

Whoa, the smoked, maple, blueberry bourbon drink goes down in the history books. That thing was unreal. Honestly, that frothy whipped top was droolworthy. I'm so mad I live in NYC and can't have this drink often. The place has a fun vibe with DJs and keeps things lively. I can't wait to come back!

Really nice bar!! Always busy it seems. Nikusha first told me about it (apparently it's a really popular bar for our school), but somehow I never made it there all of last year. I finally did this fall with Ivan though, and it was a really fun time!!

We got a couple of the Tiki-Tango drinks (pineapple juice, mango vodka, cherry rum -- super fruity!!) and they tasted great. Talked a lot about some serious issues, and I obstinately tried defending my viewpoints (and even convinced him on quite a few I think ;)). It was a week night but there were still quite a few people out there which made the ambience a lot more fun! The rest of Marylebone High Street surprisingly appeared super quiet late in the evening.

It's a good place to take a quick break. I did not find the hostess to be friendly at all she seemed like she could have cared less. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Honestly I will stop in the cheese and wine place next door before going to this place again.
