Wells Fargo Bank

This should be illegal, not allowing a person to deposit money into a family members account is backwards asinine and how they talk like it's something completely cool shows their ignorance in the world. Then to say its to stop money laundering.. so everyone is a criminal in WF eyes. However, if you're a business then anyone can drop money into a business account. How is this legal???? How can an employee/human that works here talk like it's perfectly OK. The bank industry is right up there with the police and health industry that they are not here for the people... they dont truly care for the people. They try to limit and negatively affect the people. Wells Fargo is backwards asinine and all the employees that work there that do not attempt to fix this are a human daily tragedy

This bank is really sketch. The only reason I keep going here is because it is a really big pain in the butt to change banks for an HOA. Every so often they ask for ID to make a deposit. This is even if you have an ATM card on you. They don't mention this until after they take your money, count it and put it in the drawer. If you don't have an ID they try to get you to leave the bank and go get it without giving you your money back. That is exactly what happened 5 minutes ago. I asked for my money and checks back so that I could leave and return. The teller seemed flustered and could not remember how much cash I had just given her so I had to tell her "I gave you $244.11" which was also written on the envelope that had just given her. Then she proceeded to ask the teller next to her to break a $10 so that she could give me my money back. At the same time I pointed out the stupidity as I can walk up to any ATM to make a deposit without needing an ID. I also mentioned that it would only make sense if I was taking money out. Non the less, I believe this is a scam as she was expecting me to leave the bank without my cash or checks, and she needed to make change in order to give me back the money I had just given her. Yes, I believe these employees are using all kinds of tactics to steal from their customers.

Staff is task oriented... NOT customer oriented.

If line time is 10 minutes or longer, desk riders should get off their phones and their assess and open a service window.

Service here is really unacceptably bad.

Terrible branch. Expect the same level of customer service that you'd receive from a late night McDonalds crew in a bad part of town.

There is always a long line, with half of the tellers standing around on their phones or chatting with each other. Meanwhile, the tellers who are available at a window act entitled, annoyed, and are also in no hurry to help. They all need basic lessons in manners, communication, hygiene, and time-management.

Absolute garbage. Unhelpful, stuck up staff. Unwillingness to solve your problems. Disgusting customer service. Absolutely appalled these people still have a job!

The staff here does NOT provide their customers value, and the swamp should be drained!

Never coming here again! What a complete and udder waste of time.

This is the training branch. It's consistently slow and the line is always long. Not enough tellers to ease the situation.

I went in to ask for some assistance; payoff amount on a loan. Person basically told me I needed to call Wells Fargo and essentially did not want to help.

I qualify this as poor customer service, especially as there were few people inthe branch at the time.

I qualify this as POOR customer service - I hope of the manager reads her sees this that he will help his colleagues provide better service.

Good Wells. Easily accessible to Pacific Beach on Garnet Ave. with two ATM. Walk-up is grungy and had a fence - grubby bags floating in the air.

After over 20 years of banking with Wells Fargo, I'm still impressed with the constant customer service they offer their clients. The Wells Fargo in Pacific Beach is the best in town. After 6 years of using this exact branch on a constant basis I just had to leave you a review and let you know.

Highly trained, efficient, and friendly! Thank you to the entire team and staff at this branch. It's your hard work and dedication to my banking needs that makes a difference in my life. Your operations is truly commendable. Thank you for staying open during this time of crises, when other banks in town have decided to shut their doors on me I know I can depend on you. I like this office. Workers professionals and friendly. Nice customer service. I was very surprised what they have person why speak Ukrainian and Russian languages her name's Lana. Because my English not very good, Lana a lot of times helped me very professional friendly and fast provide bank service. So I recommend this WellsFargo for my friends and exactly for guys why speaking russian or ukrainian languages. WellsFargo thank you so much for Lana!
