There is a huge difference between massage and bodywork. Joel is truly amazing at what he does... don't expect a relaxing massage to the sound of Enya -- expect someone who will really listen (and intuit) what is wrong with your body, and address the issues behind it.

It's hard to explain what Joel does, but I've been seeing him for over a year regularly and he's been instrumental in keeping me injury free (I abuse my body quite a bit through running, climbing, & yoga).

On top of being a great professional, he is a really nice, funny, and personable guy. Can't recommend him enough!

I do a good amount of climbing, running, and yoga, but have always been lax on taking steps to prevent injury. This year this finally caught up to me, and I started developing issues with my shoulder and knee. I came to see Natasha because as a climber and athlete I knew she would understand the movement mechanics that could lead to or aggravate the issues I was experiencing.

She uses different techniques to treat injuries, and also prescribes strengthening and mobility work to help with maintenance. The lacrosse ball massage technique she showed me is a life changer!

She is also a very nice, funny and interesting person to talk to, I always look forward to our appointments!

Ronan was fantastic. I called him about a clogged bathtub over the weekend and he was able to come fix it within a few hours. He was courteous, respectful and great to work with. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again if I run into plumbing issues!

This review is for another Doctor that shares the practice. Not only is this doctor incompetent and disorganized (missplaced forms, a form pickup that should have taken 10minutes took an hour) this doctor is RACIST. I was told that because I am Brazilian I should not be embarrassed to take my shirt off. The office and everyone in it is gross and filthy.
